Eat For Life is conveniently located in the Old Southwest area of Roanoke, VA.

From 220 South: Head North on 220N which become I-581N. Take the Franklin Road exit. Proceed approximately 3 blocks and turn right onto Albemarle Avenue SW. Eat For Life is located on the corner of Albemarle Avenue SW and Franklin Road in the white carriage house behind Altizer & Altizer Law Firm. For parking accommodations, proceed North 1 additional block on Franklin Road to Washington Avenue SW. Turn right onto Washington Avenue SW, parking is available behind Altizer & Altizer Law Firm.

From I-581 North: Follow I-581 S/US-220 S to Elm Avenue/VA-24 exit, EXIT 6. Take the ramp towards DOWNTOWN. Merge onto Elm Avenue SW. Travel on Elm Avenue SW for approximately 1/2 a mile. Turn left onto US-220 BR S/Franklin Road SW. Turn left onto Albemarle Avenue SW. Eat For Life is located on the corner of Franklin Road SW and Albemarle Avenue SW in the white carriage house behind Altizer & Altizer Law Firm. Parking is available behind Altizer & Altizer Law Firm located one block before Eat For Life's office on the corner of Washington Avenue SW and Franklin Road.
